His specialty is fried fish, which he can prepare even with uncommon varieties thanks to his experience as a sailor. During the Sea Festival, Pietro is the expert in charge of frying, attracting visitors from all over the region to admire his skill. His business, Pescatore, is a tribute to local tradition and culture, carried on with dedication and love.
